Posting on behalf of other users

Is there an extension that allows admins to write posts on behalf of other users? So that posts looks like originated form other users?

so something like that:

login as admin/moderator
Start a discussion
Select user that you want to be discussion author
Post a reply
Reply looks like created by user you selected with no indicaiton that it was created by admin/moderator?

Justoverclock this looks close to what I want. The problem is that after you personated you cannot switch back top admin and personate again. Right? You need to login as admin again? I want something more lightweight when you stay as admin but post as other user name.
