Update b13 to b16

Hi,

i was a little lazy the last month, i am running flarum 0.1.0-beta.13, is there a way upgrade to the actual beta release? I have tried (composer foo, flarum migrate, clear:cache, all with no errors), but the version doesn't change in the admin panel.

Edit: Maybe this is the wrong place to ask, sorry. Is it possible to split this post into a new thread?

Bodenhaltung That should be possible! It just so happens that I'm working on a new updating guide for the documentation. Could you follow the steps in https://github.com/flarum/docs/pull/194/files#diff-05ad2f061c8db8d1e79bff07c7103fd0ebc273efb5fe7443c3fd9a42e818cad3R1 (including the troubleshooting ones), and try again?
