010101 Yumi Some options are: Sticky discussion Use fof/pages extension and create a help page Use the premium support extension Add a little help icon in the footer and when clicked a box pops up with instructions (basic coding knowledge required but easy because you just paste HTML and JS into the custom footer box in your admin settings.)
