Posting this before I forget. I’m betting for certain developers who are really familiar with how notifications in Flarum work this would be easy:
In the admin area the forum owner can type out a message and submit. That message then shows as a new notifications for everyone.
Use case:
Hey everyone! Remember, don’t post pictures of cats. Thanks.
Everyone sees this as their first notification until dismissed.
🤔 But, there’s not a lot of space in the notifications box... so maybe it would look weird or wouldn’t work.
