Suggestion For Extension that improve engagement

I don't know if its too difficult for a developer, but i think discourse have a great extension that improve user registration/engagement

maybe someone could write and extension on this, If someone visit a discussion multiple times(i don't know how it works for sure), appear a notification box for signup, i've created a mockup:

Another way to improve engagement that could borrow from discourse is adding user stats tracking like the reading time, and assigning trust levels based on that. Users with higher trust levels could access to more info
