Tag label - light background/dark font

I noticed on this forum sub tag label has light background and dark font color.

So Internals has dark font and light background. How is that achieved? Because when I try add light background into tags the font is always white and unreadable. Is it a custom CSS or am I missing something?

almalino that's the default style when you leave the color field empty.
