Looks like the issue is with your bloom.us domain then. It can't be reached.
To fix that, I have reset your forum domain back to https://sugunion.flarum.cloud/ (you can re-link it again when you get the domain working). If you had visited the old flarum.cloud domain at the time the new one was existing, the redirects might've be cached (by Chrome at least), so if you can't access it now, please clear your cache or try to visit it in "Private Browsing/Incognito Feature".
No server-side logs and the .flarum.cloud domain can be acceseed fine for your forum, so I am sure that the problem is just your domain
