Hi,
currently for me Beta 16 but all maybe previous beta has a "strong" issue if you have many tags that need permission.
What happen?
You need scroll down on the page for be able to see the horizontal scroll bar to move to the latest tags than you see a list of permission but you don't see any description as the text on the left has gone...
Is impossible to set permission in this way, really impossible if you don't know each line at memory.
Today was very hard set permission for new added tag resolved on my side.
I opened a GitHub issue and hope will be resolved in the next Flarum version
