Problem after installing extensions

I tried to install some extension so Iran into a problem and I updated my flarum, now the following code appears when Ioad the site.

KuneneSandziso try deleting everything in the storage/cache and storage/formatter folders.

I tried deleting flagrow but same error still appears

is it possible for me to disable extensions at the backend, I realized this error is caused by flagrow so I have to turn it off

KuneneSandziso You can use composer remove to remove extensions

anything else besides that, I just want to turn it off the same way admin panel does.

KuneneSandziso Why, if it's broken?

The other option is to go directly into your database settings table and remove it from the enabled_extensions record. That should be done very cautiously though because if you break the json-encoded format, that could cause other issues.
