Ok, ya’ll don’t have to like it, but, I’m still messing with what is the simplest solution to unhiding avatars with badges. Moving badges to the bottom. Again, it comes down to possibly hiding necks/mouths instead of hiding eyes. 👀 That’s the only reason the bottom idea was proposed. In my head, if you cover anything, covering the bottom of the avatar is usually better (if a real headshot photo is used). There’s other solutions like the curved idea (link above). But, this bottom idea leaves badges more like they’ve always been... stacked in a row... Just moved down.
Here’s this solution with spacing adjustments and smaller badges. I think it looks better. Maybe? A little?
