It seems you are using Pretty Mail by FriendsofFlarum. You can edit Pretty Mail templates in admin dashboard, if that is what you are looking for? You can also tweak this (be careful): https://github.com/FriendsOfFlarum/pretty-mail/tree/master/resources/defaults
Maybe this is related to nicknames/username thing?

Bishwas-py it's a known issue and fixed in beta 16: flarum/core2767 which version do you use?

luceos I used Beta 15, 'cause most of the extensions we are using are only supproting Beta 15.
