Benito the Admin Users list feature will be available in the next version of Flarum to be released. You are on Beta 16 in which the Admin Users list feature is not available for that version. If you are looking for a users list option for the forum end on your current version, see the post above this one by Luceos.

Ralkage I understand now...got it. My question is....as I need to launch a website within 1 week with a forum, is it safe to use yours or shall I look for something else instead as I need a production forum that works well.
I am worried to use this Beta and then find out that all the files have to be rewritten for the production version and cause problems to the users as this forum will be added to a live site.

When will the production version be launched please? To know if I wait or install Vanilla instead.

Benito Flarum is effectively stable. The update from beta 16 to 1.0 will not require rewriting any stuff from the admin side, but will require extensions to update which will take a bit. As mentioned, if you need a user list in beta 16, you should use the fof user directory extension.

askvortsov I see, thanks for explaining. OK so I can still use it in production, nice. I was worried because when I installed it there wa s amessage "Do not use for production" on the front of the forum.

That message has been around for years, and flarum has evolved into a near stable state. There shouldn't be any data loss issues when updating to v1 when that's released.
