1. Evaluation of a member by topics/replies doesn't really seem like something to display in posts/replies, also it just adds unneeded (And might I add ugly) visual displays.

Because then admins/mods wouldn't have one less thing they were meant for? I know that admins/mods can't be on 24/7 but I don't think that this should make it's way into Flarum, I mean esoTalk has it so that members can change channels freely, but that also could cause more confusion than it is worth.

I agree with you here – topic authors should be able to change the tags for X minutes after they post, or until someone else replies. It'll be configurable.

Some good ideas kicking around here. Rest assured the Likes extension will get more powerful in the future.

I'm up for this idea.
Basically something like upvotes in Reddit. And the tags system similar to subreddit (but a discussion can be in multiple tags).

Since Toby has created 'Like' extension, I'm sure it can be improved so that we can sort replies and discussions by the amount of Likes.

I'm not of the idea to make it a popularity style forum. a Reddit clone wouldn't be a great idea.

christicehurst not cloning the Reddit itself but one of its features. You don't want to exactly CLONE Reddit anyway because their own platform is open source.
