A new css bug introduced that this extension isn't compaitable with Dark Mode I know I can use custom css named thing but my forum uses both light and dark mode. So It will be great if you will add support for it.

Ramesh's QuickSuggestion You can also add image option like if someone hovers on acid word then it should show image also only if added from admin panel you can see demo on Wikipedia maybe you may also get proper css for tooltip, also hoping for full page for every defination with simple html css js modifications..😀 😃

1Dot i like the wikipedia thing, Also giving support to links will be great, like for example hovering over a word "XSS" in my forum can be shown a link to the XSS post in my forum. Internal linking.

Justoverclock actually, i do not want to make this a duplicate of hashtag extension, that turn words into search link.

It is not a search link though, it is a link directly to another particular post in the same forum.

      Like it !!
@Justoverclock In the definition text it´s possible enter a link text to other page?
I think is a good idea to work with small affiliates or link to a page with more info.
      😀

Walys yes is possible, but this extension is born like a glossary. i need to rewrite some line of codes, maybe i can make another little extension for that in the near future.

I too like the idea of adding optional links. Either in the tooltip itself (link below definition or something) or in the glossary list itself beside each word, example use case below

ctml Writing this made me think of another idea for your cool extension, which would be providing links in this terms/definitions. If it allows for markdown, then it would work. Or if takes raw html. In the above example, you could link flarum-cli to the discussion thread, or laravel to the laravel site.

Justoverclock Hello @Justoverclock after 5 days I reached to the solution after mixing all the users needs something same like Wikipedia, in admin it contains Image Definition and URL INPUT in which Definition is only required field and I am asking for URL as for example like I written soil erosion so if someone hovers on soil it will show image and definition and when user clicks on link it will open my static page, It will be super ultra great if you will consider adding this features,

        Regards,

        @1Dot

actually i have two choices here, i can turn words as link that search into flarum (but there's hashtag extension for that), or i can turn these words into a wikipedia search

Justoverclock My vote would be for neither, and instead have an option for the user to set the URL 🙂 Then they can set to internal or external, whatever fits their requirements.

I am having a great idea
Is it possible to add categories something like v17dev Badges and also we can hit url ?category1 to see only category1 definitions.

            1.9.1

            Changes

            • Removed fontawesome icon near the matched word because called twice when scroll to last/first post is triggered.

Waizor in the admin dashboard words must be lowercase, and on frontend u can write this word in both way
