Unable to run my existing Flarum from server to localhost

Hi, before update to version 1.0 I want made a copy of my Flarum and test locally so wanna do the upgrade locally.

I'm running Flarum on XAMP database imported and URL updated in config.php from https://community.domain.ext to http://localhost

On localhost i click on the public folder and see the Flarum not found page.
Why?

So in the browser title bar I see correctly the title of my community just Flarum is showed not found page and doesn't load the main page.

peopleinside if you are accessing your forum from http://localhost/dashboard/public/, then the url value in config.php must be http://localhost/dashboard/public
