Problem with extension/FoF Oauth after uninstallation

Hello,

I have installed and then unstalled this package:
extension/FoF Oauth

My problem is that now when I log out or a user activate his account, the page do not refresh with the correct session.
ie: When the user logs out, the profile picture stills shows unless you refresh manually the page.
Same with the activation.

What can I do to fix this please?

luceos Yes this is actually the first thing I tried.
I am really stuck on this. It looks like uninstalling the package takes something away with it.

Try installed fof/oauth again, disabling it from the admin and then uninstalling.

luceos I got it wrong this is the extension I had installed:

The problem is that I removed it, tried to reinstall it, emptied the cache, this extension is not showing up anymore.
This is the problematic extension that stopped the forum from working correctly after I uninstalled it.
