my ssl is not working for www. when i type url without www can access the site without error. but when type www and try to access it can see a erorr like this...

uweenisirindu You need check if you have DDNS that point to www. if you have maybe is the certificate that has not been issue with www. support.

You should not remove the www record in DNS if you have, if you miss it than you need create a DNS record for www that point as the record you have for your domain without the www.

Maybe after done this you need regenerate let's encrypt certificate if you can. From where you issued the certificate: a control panel?

peopleinside i used lets encrypt . should i create two certificate as one for www.ehelp.lk and another one for ehelp.lk like wise? or is it enough for ehelp.lk?

uweenisirindu I don't think you need two certificate.
If you generate the certificate by SSH try to Google how to do for www and not www.
