The confirmation email is delayed

Hi, How to ensure that the confirmation email arrives immediately and is not delayed.

When a new person registers, he will not receive an email right away, but maybe in 3 or more minutes.
Is it affected by which mailbox it goes to or something else?

rg90 your email server might be busy sending email and the receiving email server might take a while to scan the email for spam and viruses. It depends a lot on the components in use at both the sending party and the receiving party.
