Rounded squares appearing in admin page..

What are those rounded squares which pop up like notifications on the left?

niloc what seems to cause them to appear? Is it only on some admin pages? Only when clicking a particular button? Do they appear all at once or do more appear over time?

It indeed looks like empty warning popup alerts.

I tried testing it again, it only happens when I am editing stuff in the FoF Reactions admin page.

On that note, I just realized, the FoF Reactions (although turned on) is not working in the main forum.

Is support for plugins normally replied here or is there another place for this?
