In a discussion with my users, a lot of them described how they didn't even know you could click on the ticks and crosses on the settings page to enable disable options such as e-mails etc.
Would a toggle switch be simplier? Much like many interfaces such as the iPhone with left and grey background being off and right with Green background being on.
