Hi, I know Byobu it's a complex extension.
I want ask if I can get any help to do some small changes and if this will be possible so I can try to fork and release an extension.
Can you help me to:
- hide private discussions from all discussion list (A)
- made work sticky on private discussion (B)
I will need implement, see working this two aspect and I think will be enough.
The first question on A point can be:
Instead of assign to every private discussion a specific tag that has the directive to hide discussion from the discussion list is just possible comment some part of the code for be able to see private discussion only on the private discussion link or need edit a code for assign to private discussion a specific tag?
The B point: seems sticky is not working on private discussion.
If I create a private discussion than sticky it tan create a new message the new message is put on top.
Also if I change order (Top, New, oldest) the pinned discussion is no more pinned.
I edited the sticky to be always sticky and work on all discussions but not in private discussion.
I have also to remember that.
before maybe fork and made an extension of Byobu, I need wait to see if the bug that a private message sent to users is never emailed and cannot be accessible from users, get resolved. This will require time, no problem.. in the maintime I'm looking to see if I can resolve the other two point, A and B.
