Norwegian Bokmål and Norwegian Nynorsk Language Packs

To install via composer:

Norwegian Bokmål:

Norwegian Nynorsk:

Norwegian language packs are now available on Weblate:

It would great if someone would move there translated phrases from old language pack (they may need some adjustments - a lot has changed in the last 6 years).
