1Dot I can't reply with my OmDada account as Jordanday Manager suspended it for 13 years
Yes, and here's why.
OmDada was created specifically as an account to evade a previous suspension of your previous RameshDada account. That account was suspended for 7 days after repeated violation of our Community Guidelines, which followed repeated warnings made in public and private to help you adjust your behavior to avoid that level of discipline. We try not to just suspend people for not understanding our rules, but when they continue the specific action we warn them not to, it goes beyond simple misunderstanding and we have to respond.
Now, I understand that your response to the suspension was to create another shadow account at the time and request deletion for both. That's an unfortunate turn of events, but I obliged after verifying that the IPs matched up and so forth. If a member can recognize that they aren't compatible with our guidelines and prefer to just exit our community, I can respect that. So your RameshDada account was deleted.
Then you made OmDada later that day and specifically announced that you were the same person as the original RameshDada account. This was during your 7 day suspension and was a blatant attempt to evade it.
So that's why your OmDada account was permanently suspended. Flarum's version of that is to set such a ridiculous period of time that it shouldn't expire anytime soon, which is why 13 years appeared.
Normally, I wouldn't air dirty laundry in public. I don't like to broadcast our community moderation issues, because no one wants drama when they're just trying to make software work. In this case, I don't appreciate the half-truths and lies of omission, so I'm explaining the full issue.
Now, it's past the period of suspension and the explanation for that is now public. I trust this means you're aware of our Community Guidelines by now and will follow them. I also trust that you understand what happens when you don't, and we won't need to take action like this ever again. We promote a friendly and inclusive community, which is only possible when everyone respects each other, including their time and their intentions. I hope you've come to see that and can honor it from this point on.
ETA: I apologize to @Hari for taking their discussion off topic with this, any responses not related to your support issue will be removed from this discussion so you can continue unimpeded.
