It looks like the name can be changed, it's just a matter of finding where the spoiler formatting is rendered. Probably part of Core or s9e/textformatter. We might need someone with a little more knowledge of where Flarum keeps its secrets to figure it out, but I'd think this would be possible to edit with some code in extend.php then.
