CodeGuy92 Actually, that is what you asked - "but i have this file called BingSiteAuth.xml and i don't know how to add it." - so, I told you that it needs to be placed in the root of your Flarum installation (which it does), and then your domain will be validated (which it will).
You didn't provide any details about your setup, who you are hosted with, if this is Free Flarum or self-hosted, so you got the best possible response. If you want any further help, then perhaps consider tailoring your responses so they don't come across as quite so rude.
