Website redirects to localhost

The host computer loads the forums as normal

But any other computer will load a page with a link redirect to
http://localhost:8080/forums

You can observe this yourself by loading
techcore.ddns.net:8080/forums

I am using Wamp with the port changed to 8080 and the default page loads
techcore.ddns.net:8080

Any tips?

You're hosting this on your own computer? And it's live on the Web?

Check your config.php file to make sure the URL field has the correct value. Your issue may lie more in the DNS routing of your server, but I want to make sure that's not the problem first.

This is on my remote server that I am using teamviewer with. (Windows 10)
I configured the php file which has seemed to resolve the issue ('url' => 'http://techcore.ddns.net:8080/forums',
) But is there a way that I can remove the necessity of stating the port in the url. I had to change it because I am certain that my isp blocks port 80

That's beyond my knowledge. You'd have to dig a little deeper into DNS and your particular domain's setup. StackOverflow might be of more help here.

I have reason to believe that as long as port 80 is blocked, I the only thing I can do is force a redirect

Is this server using Windows 10? Or is it the computer you are using to access?

Both server and access are running windows 10
The initial problem was solved, but I did want to remove the necessity of addressing the port in the url which may not be possible without using port 80

WCTech the only way to do this would be:
1. Configuring your server to receive port 80 (which you say isn't an option)
2. Proxy port 80 to port 8080 (which isn't posible without a server that can accept port 80)

So I'm thinking you're out of options. I'd contact your ISP.
