Justman10000 These are silent groups, they do not have a badge or any way to assign/unassign them. They exist to make Flarum function properly and that's all.
You can get the same results through something like Default Group or Registration Roles so new users will have a customizable group immediately on registration. You should also be able to use Linguist to change the name of the term for the groups.
If you really want to customize these silent groups for the admin panel (which is the only place you'll ever see them), you can do it through extend.php with some CSS.
