My own extension cannot be installed

First, I know... There is a RTL extension, I just make one to learn how to build extensions to make some others later.

Well, I'm new on GitHub and I'm new here... I read the guides and try using the API to make this:

Can someone explain me please what did I miss?

Because when I'm trying to install it it's says:

Hazan composer require hazanpro/flarum-ext-rtl

Try the command

composer require hazanpro/flarum-ext-rtl --dev

and see if that works.

Then you have to put the package on Packagist
I couldn't find it there (search)

But on GitHub there is no "Settings > Webhooks & Services", What I have to do?

Hazan They mean the settings of the project, like the repository.
