How can I embed some website in a discussion ?

I want to embed some website in my flarum discussion, I mean I will have to show some files from iFrame. I know about Fof formatting but it only works for Google Drive and limited hosts, but I have my self hosted file service.

1Dot I haven't tried it myself but enabling "HTMLEnteties" on FoF Formatting (https://discuss.flarum.org/d/17770-friendsofflarum-formatting) might allow you to use HTML tags to embed something yourself. I'd treat that with caution though.

Another suggestion is that you upload the files with FoF Upload which would give a nice way to embed content.

The ideal way would be a separate extension doing what you want exactly.

1Dot I don’t think there’s an extension currently. If you just want to be able to use iframes then I think that’s possible if someone creates a custom BBCode for it. Unless, it’s blocked for security reasons.

well you can decide which upload you want to allow with FoF Upload. You can also allow to upload certain file extensions, like PDFs. It's just a question of configuration.

Hey I am trying to show the preview of the file also it's not about uploading, So all i want is iFrame I am using a Google Drive type CMS so that I will do that with it.
