Make sure you know what you're doing.
Right now there aren't many changes on nightly because we haven't started the release cycle for 1.1 yet, but once we do it will contain some important changes, Unless you are working on a PR for core or testing your extensions in advance for the upcoming release I wouldn't install this.
And this should certainly not be done on a production server.
