Forum categories confusion

Hi All, I always love the flow and user interface of Flarum, that it being so clean and uncluttered. But one thing that always confuses me is the forum categories that appears at the top when you are reading a particular post, for example, please see this screen shot here http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/1229622/2a23d4a03439e8eb997daf125b419d6e

According to the screen shot above, and I put in RED rectangle box, does it mean that the post can be found in forum category GEAR, forum category RECORDING and forum category MIXING ? If yes, then how come when I create a new post, like this very post that I am writing now, the forum doesn't prompt me which forum category I want to assign my post?

By default when you browse a specific tag (in this case Support) the tag is being selected when you create a new discussion. You can select additional tags by clicking the highlighted area shown in jordanjay29 post.

Did you try clicking in the area displayed in my image here (highlighted in red)?
