The following situation happens in my local and remote server. And I have search in this forum, it seems no one has mention how to solve this.
I can see the update profile photo, website Logo (in place of the forum title) and favicon on admin page, but not in the other pages. I updated profile photo through different accounts many times, and this situation persist.
This also happens with directly uploading images. show a frame with broken images.
