Why ads are not shown on sidebars?

Why ads are not shown on sidebars? There are two empty area but I cant use them for advertisement. Google adsense auto placed advertisements also not shown. Wht is the reason?

YOU CAN ALSO SHOW SIDE BAR ADS ... DO YOU NEED THAT CODE?

Note - I don't have any idea about AdSense policy. So please confirm and then use these codes.

But the problem is that only 1 ad will be shown until and unless the flarum is reloaded
