Usage

Through admin settings you can customize (for each slide):

slide Button Text
slide Button Link

Installation

Install with composer:

composer require justoverclock/header-slideshow:"*"

Updating

composer update justoverclock/header-slideshow:"*"
php flarum cache:clear

Justoverclock This is very nice extension and may be it can be extended to more dynamic structure. Limiting th slides to 3 is not good but I respect your work. I hope this extension will be more dynamic. I try to show my design idea as mock up. Also it can be integrated with media library extension to use uploaded before images.

Do you know if I can change the height of the slides, or the dark transparency of the background images, or the number of the slides?

ash3T sure you can change all using custom css 🙂

Justoverclock , Thanks for your suggestion!
I changed the css in the "custom styles" under Appearance Tab.
However, it doesn't seem to work, do you mind check for me if the following css are correct:

I hope the height of the slides could be smaller. I notice that the height of the slides actually will change.

My changes all get crossed out by the Firefox browser not sure why.

ash3T Those values that are crossed out need to be overridden. You can do that by adding ! important after the value you set - for example font-size: 16px !important;

hi @Justoverclock , just to let you know that I encounter an issue when using this extension. Feel free to check it when you got time.

I know nothing about .lesscache, 😅 however, after I increase memory limit to 256MB, I turned off the slideshow extension, and decrease memory back to 128MB, then no more php error. Just raise this issue, in case this will be helpful to you.
