Login and logout URL

Is there any Login and Logout URL in Flarum ? Thanks.

What is the best way to check Alert status ? Say someone got 3 alerts. The app can push a notification saying

I just need to read the alert status. Whether alert is =0 , no action required. If alert = 1 ( not zero ), push the text.
