The rightmost column is a test tag that I have a tester group added to. I created it before upgrading to 1.0.
Now, though, I don't have the little drop-down arrow that allows me to add a user permission to a that column. The cursor is helpfully invisible in that screenshot, but it's just to the right of the admin icon a few rows above. It isn't showing the drop-down arrow; what it is doing is blinking a little hourglass for a brief period once per second. I can slide the cursor around and I have no option to add a permission to that row/column.
Am I misremembering how to add permissions, or is there something wrong with my forum?
