WordPress integration flarum

I have installed the plugin of WordPress but I am not getting further information.

Can you help me with how to set up a flarum on wordpress ?

I have installed this plugin "Flarum Integration".

I am not getting this on general settings

Flarum Integration Settings
If you just installed the plugin, visit your Flarum admin panel under the Wordpress tab and use the installation wizard. This will automatically fill the URL, key and user ID below.

heavyhunt1 once you installed the Flarum extension with Composer, you should see "Wordpress Integration" in the list of extensions in the Flarum admin panel on the left, in the same place where the Flarum Tags extension is visible for example.

Once you click on that extension and enable it, you should see the installation wizard on the same page.

If the extension is not visible in Flarum, maybe the installation with Composer failed? Maybe you can share the output of the composer require command you used to install?

In Wordpress' General Settings there are very few settings added by my plugin. The wizard is only accessible from Flarum.

I have installed all things but I am not getting it "WordPress Integration" and where is Flarum admin panel? I have purchased all things but i am not getting your documentation clearly.

heavyhunt1 the Wordpress plugin doesn't install Flarum for you. You must install Flarum separately, install the Flarum extension with Extiverse+Composer, and then inside of Flarum you will be able to connect the two applications together using the page at "Flarum > Administration (under the top right profile menu) > Wordpress Integration (in left side extension list) > Installation Wizard (first tab)".

Even if you plan to integrate the login between Wordpress and Flarum you must still create at least one administrator in Flarum first (this is done during the normal Flarum installation), then that Flarum admin will be able to access the Flarum admin panel where the settings are.

If you are already in Flarum but don't see the extension, can you maybe share a screenshot so I can be sure I understand what part of the application you are looking at?

heavyhunt1 this error might be because the Composer version is too old. You need Composer 1.10 or greater for it to work, preferably 2.0 or greater to take advantage of the new Composer performance improvements as well.

You can check your Composer version by running composer --version

You should click "Request new token" inside Extiverse before trying again to invalidate the token you shared in the screenshot and prevent someone else using it. Then try again with the new token.

heavyhunt1 it seems to have worked. You can then install the extension with composer require kilowhat/flarum-ext-wordpress (step 3 of Installation in the documentation)

Once you are connected in Flarum with your admin account you can click your avatar at the top right of the screen, then "Administration" in the dropdown. You can also manually type <flarum url>/admin if you want to access directly (you must be logged in first).

heavyhunt1 it seems like you completed the Flarum installation. The URL of Flarum will be what you configured on your host and what was used during the Flarum web installation wizard. It's the url value in config.php.

heavyhunt1 I have the feeling you still don't have a Flarum installation.

You need to follow https://docs.flarum.org/install.html to install Flarum. You can install it for example at forum.<your domain> or <your domain>/forum. At the end of that process you will have an empty forum and a Flarum admin account.

Then you can follow Extiverse instructions to add Extiverse to your forum (the bearer access token command only needs to be done once, it seems like you have done that successfuly. The other first command from Extiverse must be run in the Flarum folder, not the Wordpress folder).

Then you can follow the installation instructions in my documentation.

Then you can access the Flarum admin and the wizard.

The extension only connects the two apps together, you still need to fully configure both Wordpress and Flarum before you can use my extension.

heavyhunt1 Did you create the database yet ? The installer won't actually create the database, but will populate one that already exists.
