Issue reverting back to previous username

I am experiencing problem changing my username to previous ones.

Currently hosting my forum in Flarum's official hosting service. I am the only one registered on my forum and i did change my username 3 times already.

The system let me change back to my first and third username without a problem, but the second username gives me this message: "The username has already been taken.".

Is this a known issue?

Nothing at all. Because the system won't let me change back to it.

Yes that's weird thing about it. Because used that username with the same account (main account). And i never registered a second account.

Rename Crew to something else
Rename yours to crew
Hope crew isn't a real user about to be annoyed
