Diffrent between client view events

In the API navigate to: "Flarum > Events" there is "ConfigureClientView".
In the theme documentation they using: "Flarum\Events\BuildClientView"

What the different between them?
Someone can explain me? Because this is not exist in the API...

Franz It appears it's not possible to override the flaurm css for themeing purposes with the removal of BuildClientView

Franz No, He means to replace the original css with other.

Franz If someone is creating a theme for Flarum, it's posible they edit the majority of the flarum CSS. If they add the CSS file, the client will be forced to download the flarum CSS and the theme CSS. It will work, although it effectively doubled the CSS size for no reason.
