Corrupted Nested Tag Order?

For some reason when I click on this specific tag, the nested order is all jumbled. If you reload it fixes itself. It only seems to happen for the tag called Geekalicious. Other ones seem to work fine.

I tried clearing cache and re-ordering but it still exhibits this issue. Any idea what this could this be?
