The site is down after the update

I ran the following command to update it. successfully updated.
Access to the site has been disabled.
some folders have been updated. I don't know what is causing the problem.

ramazancicek did you run php flarum migrate and php flarum cache:clear after running the update?

The browser has cached. problem solved. but the problem was not solved even though I deleted the cache from the site. but I deleted the browser data.
