Global HTML/JS Code?

Hello, how can I add global HTML/JS code to the forum. Example usage would be adding Google Tag Manager, an analytics platform, and etc.

Oze some of these also needed to be added to the <head> tags, so this is one solution for that.

You can add a custom HTML footer/header from the appearance tab of the admin page.
