Disabling of all extensions on reboot.

Hi, I have upgraded my Flarum version to 1.0.2 and when I restart the container, all plugins are disabled.
The plugins seem to have been installed successfully, do you know what could be causing this?

I get the same problem with 1.0.2, every time I restart the container all plugins are disabled and need to be enabled again.
This is not an upgrade but a new build from this docker container https://github.com/mondediefr/docker-flarum.

I solved this problem by adding volumes for vendor, composer.json and composer.lock.
After adding these volumes, the time to recreate the container has been reduced a lot.

 volumes:
       - /mnt/docker/flarum/assets:/flarum/app/public/assets
       - /mnt/docker/flarum/extensions:/flarum/app/extensions
       - /mnt/docker/flarum/storage/logs:/flarum/app/storage/logs
       - /mnt/docker/flarum/nginx:/etc/nginx/flarum
