Cannot find the enable/disabled configuration file for the plugin

I have flarum in a container with the following paths persisted, but all plugins are turned off when I reboot.
Do you know why?

/flarum/app/public/assets
/etc/nginx/conf.d
/flarum/app/extensions
/etc/php8

keisuke you need to persist what I suspect is /flarum/app/composer.json. That's the source of truth for which extensions are installed.

Looking at the logs, it seems that that file is updated on startup.
It looks like composer.json is referring to the file composer.json at /flarum/app/extensions.
