How to change "Start a Discussion" and "Ask a Question" to "Start a Thread"

I have checked previous discussions but didn't get what i want.

I want to change the "Start a Discussion" and "Ask a Question" to "Start a Thread". How can i do this ?

I would suggest writing a new discussion for this as well as it isn't related to your initial questions. Did you manage to fix your issue?
