This feature may allow user mark the discussion as NSFW and may block for visit and have to click to accepting tos or have to submit the birthday date for access this discussion

This feature may allow some forums to make more freedom as off topics to discussion about NSFW

This requires a lot of serious work if you also had ads on your Flarum. Some advertisers will not want to be on a page with NSFW content so it becomes a headache not showing them with content related.

Doesn't come with the accepting of TOS or Age Restriction however.
