In the admin panels of disabled extensions, please consider change the name of the "Uninstall" button to something like "Clear Data", and maybe add a prompt to let admins know that they also have to composer remove
to completely get rid of the extension.
I my stupid self used to think that it was because I was on beta version that the button "doesn't work". Since I didn't see intuitive feedbacks after I clicked the button, which, I consider, should be: the panel for the extension completely disappear after I "uninstall".
Now that I'm on stable version and it's still acting that way, I felt weird so I did a little research on this discuss forum and found out that I actually have to composer remove
the extension after I "Uninstall". I feel like the button's corresponding function does not match it's current name. And "Clear Data" seems to be a better description of its function.
It caused a lot of trouble for my migration to a fresh installation of the stable version, since I did not "clear data" before I composer remove
extensions and left a bunch of unused columns and tables in the database, which halts the SQL execution since they cannot find their corresponding place in the new database. But I managed to work around this after I found a StackOverFlow answer.
