How to change URL structure

Hi, thanks again for the great flarum... and thanks for adding it to softaculous. I'm looking for a way to change the discussion URLs from e.g. myforum.com/d/1-discussion to myforum.com/say/discussion-name and tags from e.g. myforum.com/tags to myforum.com/topics...

This paid extension allows changing all path prefixes https://discuss.flarum.org/d/23872-custom-paths

Flarum also allows changing how the discussion slug is generated, however no such extension has been created yet as far as I know.
