How to code a "unlockable spoiler" content

HI! How can I make a spoiler content visible based on the amount of likes received by the current user?
It could be the money of the money extension or the amount of likes received.
I would like to make something like "Click here to show spoiler (you must have 5 likes)", like an internal payment method.
I think this would be a great feature for forums 😄

I was thinking, in the meantime, that it would be great also if there could be an extension/piece of code that made a single part of the post visible to a specific group, like:
So, anyway, here's my telephone number: [show=trusted] +123 333333 [/show]
