Multiple themes for the users to choose?

Hi, I'm new to Flarum, apologies if posting in the wrong section/tag. I created a small Flarum forum two days ago and all is really good so far, people praising the forum features.

I really love the default light and dark themes and I installed the extension that changes them depending on the OS-setting and so it automatically switches from light to dark on my Mac and iPhone depending on the time of day. Excellent!

However there are users who ask for more themes, they prefer other colors and/or selection of multiple themes to choose from. And I can't find how that is done. Am I right that there's only one global theme that can be installed and that's what all users will see? If possible, how can I install multiple themes for users to choose? Or is it possible to allow a per-user setting of custom CSS, that will allow for individual users to change colors, font size, etc.?

Something like this doesn't exist yet. I like the idea though. Right now all theme/ux changes are applied globally, except for the dark/night mode setting per user if you use that.

It should be possible to allow users to customize colors and fonts using css variables and storing their preference in some fields (it is similar to what discourse actually do); completely different themes (eg allowing an user to choose between the standard theme and afrux) on the other hand I think that with the current architecture would be quite hard to achieve, xenforo can do it because they are actually rendering everything server side so they just switch renderer according to user preferences, with a SPA it is probably way harder (also with multiple themes there is probably a lot of database pollution).
